Orders are accepted by phone or by completing the above information and submitting it to my e-mail. Please provide as many clear photos as you like and indicate your preferred image. If forwarding photos via email, please send the highest resolution possible.  All photos will be returned upon completion of your artwork, A 50% deposit is required in advance.
